Well, I’m not really a beer person, but I have to say that the sea dog beer is hands down one of the best beers I have ever had. It is the perfect balance between malt, hops, and subtle earthy flavors that perfectly compliment the flavors of sea kelp, but the sea dogs themselves are just as delicious.
For the most part, sea kelp is just a really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really great thing. Sea kelp is actually the perfect plant to make a beer out of, especially with the addition of sea dogs to the lineup.
