I’m often asked by beer lovers in the Chicago area “which brewery would you recommend to me?” and I have to admit that I have no idea. I don’t follow the craft beer world closely and so I typically avoid the ones that don’t live in the greater Chicago area. However, I do know that the Chicago area is filled with some of the best breweries and places to drink craft beer.
I think you’re thinking of the two breweries that are located in the greater Chicago area. In those instances, I would suggest that you go to the breweries in the South Loop. The ones located in the South Loop are the best. The one that I was talking about is the brewery located in the Loop.

I’m always up for a beerfest (not to be confused with pub trivia night). Last year I attended the Brew Fest on the last Friday of each month. The Brew Fest is a festival of beer that’s held on the last Friday of each month. I love the beer. It’s been years since I had one, but I’ve always been a fan of the brewery that produces it and I’m excited to check out new breweries.
Last year, we got to try some of the beers from the Brew Fest, and I got drunk on a full 6-pack of some of the best beer Ive ever had. Also, I have to say that the party atmosphere has grown by leaps and bounds since I was a child, and I’m pretty sure the beer you drank at the Brew Fest was one of the best beers I’ve ever had.
The Brew Fest is a beer festival held in Cincinnati, Ohio. It began in 1989, and is the largest craft beer festival in the US. Im glad we got to check-out the event because I think the brews were fantastic.
